TrustRadius is seeking a passionate and insightful Brand Visual Designer to join our team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of creatives working across marketing and product – building our brand aesthetic through our site, collateral, promotional materials, web, events, advertising, digital campaigns, and new product launches.

Your role as a Brand Visual Designer is to bring our story to life through well-crafted visual narratives across all our channels and customer touchpoints. We are looking for someone with experience in storytelling, problem-solving, and is detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative. You will be required to think strategically about your work and produce creative solutions that help our Marketing team achieve our goals with thoughtful customer-centric design that is consistent with our core values.

As a Brand Visual Designer you should demonstrate a passion for great design and the discipline to define and document their approach to build and scale a consistent visual language globally. This designer should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the rationale behind their work.

What you will do:

  • As a core member of our design team, be an influential voice in the development and evolution of the TrustRadius brand
  • Concept, create, and execute illustrations, animations, and motion graphics to be used across web, video, email, and paid media
  • Strategize and design all creative for high-profile marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams both inside and outside Marketing
  • Collaborate on projects with content writers, web developers, agency partners and vendors
  • Collaborate with our UX designers to help elevate our Design Foundations
  • A/B testing for ad campaigns or market testing some concepts around brand
  • Own visual branding and design production of digital and live marketing events
  • Manage contract designers when needed

What you will need:

  • 3-5 years experience as a brand visual designer at a tech company, B2B company, marketing agency, or related experience
  • Online portfolio that showcases your work, clearly outlining your role, contribution and process within each project
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite apps, Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Experience creating motion graphics and animations for webinar intros, product UI, explainer videos, etc.
  • Experience with designing for and building pages in Divi, Webflow, or Elementor
  • A passion for meaningful design solutions, and expertise in design principles: color, typography, layout, and conceptual skills
  • The ability to think creatively and explore original ways to communicate complex concepts in a clear and illustrative way
  • The ability to work independently and across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Detail oriented, with scrupulous file management while collaborating with other team members
